These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI GOLF PRO ("we", "us") mobile apps, websites, and services. By using AI GOLF PRO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Service

• You must be legally able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for your account, including maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.
• You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or access it in unauthorized ways.

Location and Safety

GPS distances and mapping are provided for convenience and are not a substitute for on-course signage, rules, or your own judgment. Always follow course rules and exercise caution. Location accuracy can vary based on device, environment, and connectivity.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. If applicable, subscription terms, pricing, and renewal details will be presented in-app. Payments are handled by platform providers (e.g., Apple) under their terms.

User Content

You retain rights to content you submit (e.g., scores, notes). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for content you submit and must have necessary rights to it.

Intellectual Property

AI GOLF PRO and its logos, trademarks, and content are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, branding, or proprietary content except as required to use the service as intended.

Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with third parties (e.g., sign-in providers, analytics, maps). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those features.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error- free operation, or accuracy of distances or course data.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the effective date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
